Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in meat cutting with a strong knowledge of all cuts. Knowledge of seafood. Additional culinary experience would be an asset
  • Must have strong knife skills and understands proper handling of equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other in ways that show enthusiasm and a love of food
  • Self motivated, positive. solution oriented, working with a sense of urgency in a customer centered business
  • Ability to sell products proactively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department
